TThere is no sound bar on my iPad, the mute button isn't on because lock rotation is! There are no sounds whatever

Go to Settings > Sound and see where the sound setting is, raise it, and see that the keyboard clicks is turned on, and any other sounds you want on.
TThis doesn't help sorry, all my sounds are turned on, sometimes the sound is on but then it just cuts off completely, up until now, the only way to stop it was to restart my iPad, but that's stopped working
