ipad 2 can't maintain wifi connection unless less than 1 ft

Upgraded to 8.4

Own another iPad 2, iPad Mini and iPad Air

Two separate home WiFi routers (separate networks)

Upgraded all iPads to 8.4 (although issue started with iPad 8.3)

Only one iPad 2 can't maintain a connection to wifi. Move more than 1 ft from router and connection drops. Happened out of the blue.

Googled all the solutions I can from this board.

Done Reboot

Done Network Reset

Changed DNS and IP address

Done Wifi On/Off and Reboot

Problem Remains

Google search appears to show this as a long standing issue which four versions of iOS 8 can't resolve. Not the only person I know with this issue.

An iPad without WiFi is worthless...A $0.7 trillion company should be able to pump money to solve this, this isn't exactly a new issue.
