Have you signed up for any of the new music services? Your music is under My Music in the Music app on the iOS device. Your playlists should be there as well.
Thank you for your prompt response. What does the music app look like? I'm afraid I've lost it. Is it an icon of music notes? Everytime I click on the music notes I am directed to the new Music APP, which, I do not want to pay for. Continue your valued help! Thank you. Better yet can you attach what the Music app looks like.
Yes, that is the music app. You do not have to sign up for the new Apple Music, you can bypass it. I did it, but cannot remember, but I believe it just says something to the effect of continue to My Music or something.
