So I have Windows 8 and tonesync my tonesync won't work. I looked at other peoples posts and tried what was suggested but it don't work. Help please?

It's not an Apple product, so contact the makers of Tonesync for support.
Still not working? I found this worked...
Tonesync was unable to find the music folder
Open iTunes >
In the top left corner, click on the little box to bring up the dropdown
Select 'Preferences'
Go to the 'Advanced' icon
Make sure the 'Share iTunes Library XML with other applications' is checked
