Photo Library chronological order

I have some photos from an old iphone saved on my PC (phone now dead) that I'm trying to upload photos to Photo Library but as I modified them with Photoshop they're showing in Library under the date and location they were modified, not the date and location they were taken. How do I fix this (remove the modification details?) so they show under the correct place in Library?
