Recovering music

So I'm in a bit of a pickle. I ran CCleaner about a week ago, and unfortunately it deleted all of the music files that I had for itunes from the downloads folder. I now know not to keep my music in the downloads folder but thats besides the point. I'm wondering if there is a way to transfer the music from my iPhone to my itunes library.
