How to remove hidden purchases?

go to account info under you name in iTunes.

sign in password.

go to iTunes in the cloud

click manage in hidden purchases

Im viewing my hidden purchases from my main computer in iTunes, but to the right of nowhere do I see anything that gives me the option to "manage" these hidden apps.
