Signing into iCloud, brings up someone else email address. Why?

I got the iPhone 6plus today. I hit restore from iCloud backup. It asked me to sign in, so i did. Then it asks for a password for iTunes store downloads, for an email that isn't mine. I'm really frustrated, as I don't my phone setup completely to call apple and figure this out.
