Can I add a song to a playlist without adding it to "My Music"?

In Beats Music I could add songs to playlists without adding them to my library, which is referred to as "My Music" in Apple Music. After migrating to Apple Music, all of my playlists dumped into the My Music section. I formerly had these playlists separated for unique genres that I listen to, while my core library was reserved for everyday pop music that I listen to more frequently. Because of this migration, my library is now a big mess that sounds awful on shuffle. Is there any way to organize like I could with Beats Music?
