Why are my deleted messages always coming back in my inbox on my iphone 6 + after being deleted!
My deleted messages keep coming back in my mailbox on my Iphone 6+. I delete them from my thrash mailbox as well, but they keep coming back.

"Messages" - do you mean email? If so, you are likely using a POP mail server and set not to delete emails from the server when deleting from the phone.
Settings > Mail.... > (your email account) > Advanced > Delete from server > When removed from inbox
