After update can connect to wifi, but not the internet
After the update I have wifi connectivity, but cannot connect to the internet. Other Apple products (iPhones & iPads) do not have this issue.

I understand that you are connected to a Wi-Fi network, but you are not receiving internet. This sounds like you are experiencing a self-assigned IP address. Here is a resource that I would recommend going through for this issue.
