iTunes Radio & Store Previews only 13 seconds long

Just updated to iTunes 12.2 and now all iTunes radio channels and iTunes store song previews skip every 12-13 seconds. My music seems to play fine.

I've rebooted twice, can't seem to find a fix. Anyone else experiencing this?

Windows 7

Dell w/ Intel i7-2600, 3.4GHz
