explicit songs not playing

non of my explicit songs are playing !!

not on the iPhone or the macbook.

if i try to change the settings of parental control ,i cant ,the option isn't opening ,its locked.

and on the iPhone on restrictions i can't un check the clean option to offensive or explicit.

please do help me out ,because honestly apple can't control our music to this nonsensical level.
