Deleted IMessage string

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it sounds like you want to restore iMessage on your device. If you have a backup of the device you can restore from iTunes. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

Restore your device

1. Connect your device to your computer using the cable that came with it.
2. Select your iPhone, iPad, or iPod when it appears in iTunes.
3. In the Summary panel, click Restore.
