When Changing Countries do you lose your purchases ?

Do you lose your Music, TV shows, Movies, Books and Apps when you change countries on iTunes? Also do you lose them if the country your moving to has the said purchases?

You won’t lose them from your computer or devices, but except for applications, may lose the ability to freely redownload them. This can happen for any item at any time; back them up.

Having them in the iCloud is the same as the ability to freely redownload them.

That process is handled completely at Apple’s end; unless otherwise noted, you have no control over it. Put copies of them on an external hard drive.
