MacBookPro 2011 crashes

I have a MacBook Pro that has been crashing when running Windows 7. I have done things such as re-installing Windows using bootcamp but it still crashes even with the new Windows installation. Last year, it wasn't crashing but this year it is crashing a lot. The crashing is random and always when I don't expect it.

I noticed that the crash happens a lot when running 3D software such as Maya and Unity3D or even when playing YouTube video with Firefox or Chrome.

It gets hot to the extent that I can't even keep my arm on the surface of the mac while typing and the fan is always running loud when using 3D software or when on YouTube.

I came to conclusion that the problem is the graphic card and my computer is eligible for free motherboard repair or swap. I went to Apple and they did a hardware scan on the computer. The genius said that the the problem is the battery and harddrive. I did a harddrive scan with Samsung software, the software shows that my Samsung SSD HDD is good. After scanning, it says "GOOD". The total price for the battery and hard drive replacement is $330.

I feel like I am about to waste some money and the problem wont be solved. I don't think there is anything wrong with the hard drive or the battery. This looks like a graphic card problem according to https://people.cam.cornell.edu/~zc227/extras/early2011mbp_graphics.html

The question is, should I go ahead with this repair? I've heard about people told the same thing but at the end, the motherboard was the problem and had to be replaced for free. Also, I did a gputest and the laptop crashed with 30 minutes during the test and I will be happy to know what the crash is all about from the log below.
