Siri not recognizing work or home after ios 8.4 update

Since the update to 8.4 when asking Siri to remind me when I get to work - she prompts me to pick 1 of the 2 work addresses I have, I select one, then she proceeds to tell me she doesn't know my work address - tap my name if I want to add it. It's been in there for months and has worked fine until the update. She also can't take me home even though that was working previously too. I've rebooted the phone multiple times, I've signed out of iCloud & back in, I've turned Siri on & off also.
