I have a problem in disk (dvd-ram) , and can't install windows form disk and want install windows from usb

Unfortunately, your iMac does not support USB installation of Windows. Can you get your DVD drive fixed/replaced?

if you don't need to play games you can always install it in virtualbox that takes iso files directly
