Apple music no longer allows five star ratings.

Apple music no longer allows five star ratings. I thought maybe I was just overlooking something but then I got this VERY helpful and articulate response from Apple: " I would like to inform you that the Apple music is only an option on the music you have downloaded and is in your library. Apple Music does not allow a five start a Heart for favorites."

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.4

I think something was misunderstood here. In the latest 8.4 with Apple Music, if you tap the title of a track in the Now Playing window, it turns into the "Star" interface and you can view/change the stars. I'm able to do this on tracks I am streaming from Apple Music as well as tracks that are locally downloaded. The track appears in My Library with the cloud icon and the Star rating.
