Dark spot on my screen (Like a small bruise)

Hi,

Is it normal to have a dark spot on my Air? Normally I'd only see it when I on it and it would look like a small bruise on the lower right side of the screen. I only realised it lately when I changed my background to a red-coloured one lately. It's quite big "bruise" but normally (including now), it's not visible at all.
