I upgraded to an iPhone 5s back in October...
Today my 5s got completely broken and does not work. I'm pretty sure I have applecare, but am I able to buy an iPhone 6 instead of getting a new iPhone 5s?

If you have AppleCare+, it will cover a max of 2 "accidental damage" incidents within its two years of coverage. This entails replacing the damaged phone with a new/refurbished unit of identical characteristics. That is all.
