U2 Album Remove Link Not Working

Apple's web page to remove the spam U2 album from iTunes is stuck in an infinite loop, asking for my Apple ID and password. Entering my Apple ID and password only returns me to the same prompt again. Nothing's happening. This is the current URL Apple is using for this function:

Anyone found a work-around for this?
