With iOS 8.4 I can't just simply go into settings > music > show all > off (for icloud songs). About 95% of the music on my icloud I don't even want to bother seeing/listen to and even seeing them appear in my library is even worse. Before I was able to hide it but now that I upgraded to an iPhone 6 and have iOS 8.4 I can't hide the songs anymore. Any new fix/way?

It depends on how the iCloud songs got into your collection.
Possible solutions are:
In Music, in the My Music tab on bottom, go to Songs. Click Songs and set "Show iTunes Purchases" = "Off"
More likely, set: Settings > Music > iCloud Music Library = "Off"
