Download videos from Icloud issue

I have had a difficult time to download videos on Icloud from my Window 7 laptop. 😐

Now that I am able to download them , I again met new issues. 😮

My videos and pictures do not have the same information such as date and time of the recording/ picture taken.😐

They all restored to a new date as the date that I download time.

So, how do I download videos and pictures from Icloud but can still keep the same date and time as videos are recorded? Please help?!
