Ever since I installed iOS 8.4, I am unable to update my apps or download any new apps on my iPad Air. I have tried re-booting the iPad, deleting an app and trying to download from scratch, all to no avail.

I don't think that's supposed to happen, I have two iPad's. One is a iPad Air 2 and the other one is a iPad 4. I only updated my iPad 4 and its Woking perfectly and the way it's supposed to be! I think that you need expert help, I'm just a noob bud 🙂

However, I could update App's and buy App's from the App store until July 6. Thereafter it stopped.
It's quite a common issue these days. Restarting the device usually helps.

I'm having almost the same issue. The only difference is that I can use the App Store app on my iPad to download/install, but I can't get anything to sync via iTunes.

Go to settings Email Accounts Delete account then add
Back again do this with all accounts that are not working .

Exactly my circumstance. July 6 everything seemed to change.
I tried everything the community suggested. Nothing worked. But I discovered a solution on my own. I signed out of iTunes and then signed back in.
Problem solved. Thanks to all of you who helped.
Try logging out of iTunes and then log back in. I did this via Settings, and it worked.
