How to delete a adnxs.com cookie

I tried to delete the adnxa.com cookie but it keeps reappearing after a second or so. I assume that I do not have the ib.adnxs.com computer nasty as I do not see any pop-ups, although I have blocked pop-ups; there is no cookie of the name either. Should I be bothered about this adnxs.com cookie and if so how can I delete it?

If Safari is working problem free, nothing more to do.

If any adware is installed, AdwareMedic will remove it.

You don't have to download AdwareMedic.

AdwareMedic is a safe remedial app.

I have been using it and recommending it for last 8 months here.

No adverse effect was ever noted or notified.

You can use instructions from Apple to remove adware if it is installed.

Remove the adware manually by following the “HowTo” from Apple.
