how can i access mac osx' desktop files with windows7 and delete or cut them on my macbook pro.

my mac osx drive has low capacity, only 14mb. therefore i can't access to my mac!!!

when i want to delete or cut mac osx's desktop files by win7 these files are READ ONLY and i can't do any thing.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

thank u for your answer. i installed both mac osx and win7 on my macbook pro. and i can't access to mac osx because when i am login instead of desktop the white page appears!!! now i want to access my mac osx files with win7 and delete our move some files to improve my mac osx capacity drive.
