Why did my movie disappear?

I had previously purchased an SD version of a movie and then today I bought the HD version.

I didn't download the HD version today and the previously the SD version was in the cloud and not downloaded, either.

Now, the movie does not appear in either version in the cloud. I also checked hidden purchases just in case, but it was not there. It is just gone.

Of course, today's transaction shows up in my purchase history.
