FaceTime is not working after iOS update to 8.4

Hello, I need help with FaceTime. Since iOS update from 8.3 to 8.4 it is impossible to use FaceTime. I can't dial any of receipient; also, option "FaceTime" is greyed while I'm trying to dial some contacts. How can I resolve this problem? Thank you for answers.
