I'm on OS X 10.10.4. Suddenly, when I open Safari it's trying to open ALL of my bookmarks when it starts. Why would it be doinf this; I can't find any setting in Preferences that would direct this action.

Try quitting Safari and hold down the shift key when reopening.

Go to Safari Prefences. What is set up in General under position New windows open with? Isn’t it Tabs for favorites or any other chosen folder? 😉
No, had already done that. I just got off with App and the correct fix is to delete all of the Plists associated with Safari and restart. Everything is working as it should now.
