Quick reply - Keyboard Missing

Hi everyone,

I have a issue with quick reply for now a long time. The problem is that when I want to answer a message using Quick Reply, there is no keyboard displayed.

Then I need to tap do dismiss and answer with the application.

I'm using iOS 8.4, but I have this problem since Apple has released this function.I can't find a lot of information about this problem.

I already went to the Apple Store to get some help, they have already change my phone trice (and for other problem).
As they recommended it, I didn't use my old saves, and configured my phone like a new one.
To prevent iCloud backup, I even created a new AppleID.

This way, my iPhone was like a new one, and my phone wasn't reconditioned, it was a new one from Dublin siege.

And after everything, I still have this problem.
It certainly an iOS problem.

If anyone have solution, please help.
