I have changed my payment info on my pc and want to remove old PayPal info on my iPad! But it continues to show PayPal on my iPad,what can I do?

I Have an iPad OS 8.4 and I am having issues with updating my Facebook on it. I changed my payment info through my PC and yet it continues to show that I still have it on PayPal! I deleted the PyPal account a year or two ago! Why has my payment info not changed over! Can someone please help!!
