How do you request an additional flag is added to the list currently supplied under 'travel & places'?

On iPhone, within 'Messages', the icons ('emoji') offered cover the subset 'Travel & Places'. Within that subset there is a selection of flags of different countries offered. How do you get additional ones added to the current list? Is there a method of requesting or suggesting such to Apple?
