Apple doesn't offer trade in plans for device upgrades. In the U.S., they have a recycling plan where they will give you money on an Apple a gift card if the device still has any value, but you could sell it on your own or through an online source for more money than Apple would give you. You might want to think about selling the phone on your own, then take the money and put it toward a new phone.
