My ON/OFF button is OFF service iphone 5. I had my battery replaced yesterday and did not realize that there was a problem with the ON/OFF button.
Does any one knows how to restart my iPhone 5 without an ON/OFF button ?

You mean the Power button at the top?
Or the Home Button at the bottom front?
You can try following: hold Home Button and Power Button at the same time, keep holding until you see the white apple logo come up, then let go. If the apple button does not come up in say about 15 secs, you have to bring it back (which I would do right away, without even trying above).

If you plug the phone into a charger, it should turn on, assuming nothing else is wrong with it.
