How do i up date my new user id on icloud storage when i can't access the account as I have changed the id since and the storage is full
I have been trying to upgrad my full icloud backup but it still has my old apple ID which as I have changed it, it won't let me access the account to upgrade. What do I do ? Am worried nothing will get backed up now to icloud.
