My iphone has display with incorrect color on border screen.

My iphone has display with incorrect color on border screen. When display with white color like Note App the border screen will display with light green color. I have to ake for licensed support in thailand they said iphone5 has problem for this case with many customer but it not in case of warranty for apple to cliam for repair in case of out of warranty over 1 year. How do I can repair my iphone for this case.
