hi all,
since updating itunes has stopped grabbing album artwork for albums known to be in the itunes store. the album artwork has never been manually added (the album artwork tab in get info is blank) and i have permission to modify all files. so frustrating!
It might be the General>Preferences box called 'Use custom colors for open albums...'. I noticed that when this is UNchecked, that the album artwork in Albums view disappears from the right side.
