A Third party crashed my operating system and gave me a phone number how do I reset without calling

iPad 2, iOS 8.4

It's not very clear to me what you mean about a 3rd party crashing your iOS, but if you need to restore your iPad to factory settings, then please follow the directions below.

Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

Hi

Go to settings if you can down to Safari delete history / cookies

If you can't do this try a reboot .

Press & hold power button & menu button hold both down

Until you see Apple Logo .

DONOT ring than number its a scam .
