cannot detect the idevice
after install new version itunes,the itunes cannot detect my iphone.the itunes always making problem.before tiz also i facing tiz problems.please solve tiz problems.
iPhone 5s, iOS 8.4
Try these steps:
- Restart your computer.
- Sign out and back in to your account.
- Reinstall iTunes. Before installing a fresh version, disable the antivirus software.
