Apple security question answers

How do I reset my security questions without a rescue email, because i don't have one, and without calling, because last time i did the person kept on asking me for my security question answers which i was calling because i forgot also he kept on asking for a serial number for a device from two years ago which i didn't have and i don't have a notebook full of serial numbers from items i own. Do you think i could go into an apple store with my I.D and ask them to reset the questions? Any suggestions?

Take a look at http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201356 and see if you can straighten out the email issue first.

If that does not work, you can try http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 but that sounds like something you have already tried.

You can make an appointment with the genius bar at an Apple store and with proper identification, see if they can help you make the changes you want to the security questions.

May I suggest that you keep a list of your devices and their serial numbers along with the receipts - all of that may come in handy at some point.

You can also very easily set up a free online email account with places like Yahoo, or dozens of others - just google for free online email accounts. That should take about 5 minutes or so. Then you would have an email address you can enter.
