iTunes 12.2.0.145 major stuttering issues with playback

Hi, I'm running Yosemite with 16GB Ram, i7. iTunes playback constantly stutters especially when browsing the web, updated to 12.2.0.145 this morning and if anything it's got worse. If anyone has any advice or a fix that would be amazing, thanks.

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)

i have same issue ... after updating itunes to 12.2.0.14 music playback is stuttered from time to time , especially while web browsing or activity on other application .

please advice !

macbook pro, osx 10.10.4
