iCloud.com photo/video download fail

So I cancelled this horrible iCloud Photo Libary service and now want to download all my photos and videos to my iMac. There are 2971 photos/videos. If I select all pictures/videos and press "download", it only downloads about 1500-1800 pictures 😕

What is that ? Tried that few times and never got to 2971. It just stops downloading. Its frustraiding that these devices dont work at all..

And with the latest updates,the osx and ios messed up some of my pictures just random. The Duplicate Cleaner solves this problem, huh !

And I cannot download all data to my phone/ipad cose not enough space... I think this is the biggest fail that apple has ever done..
