Uploaded Songs Don't Play or Download

Hello,

I'm using iTunes Match and Apple Music in two computers with Windows 8.1, one Mac, one iPhone and one iPad.

All of the songs that were uploaded or matched to the cloud before Apple Music (only with iTunes Match), play and download with no problem in any device.

But all of the songs that I try (after Apple Music and in iTunes 12.2) to upload to the cloud, when it's matched I have no problem, I can play in all of my devices. But when the song it's uploaded I can only play in the local library, iPhone, and iPad.

Every time that a song is uploaded (not matched) I can't play it in another computer. It starts to buffer and play, and when the buffer it's finished it skips to the next song; when I try to download it keeps trying to download, but no success.

Does anyone knows how can I solve this problem?
