I can't move my song forward on my iPad

I take my iPad down to a singing group, and we listen to songs we are singing, replaying phrases. It always was difficult to coordinate how much of the song has been played to get to the part I want to play - but with the latest upgrade, I haven't been able to find the control to do this. Since even figuring out hot to press the play/pause button took time, I expect this ability is just hidden, not gone.

How do I manipulate within a song on the current Music app in IOS 8.4?

Touch the play control area to get a larger, more detailed version. This has a control which can be used to adjust the play within a song.

I found that page (after a while) yesterday. And I found a slide setting for volume, and the following icons:

Heart

Go to start

Pause

Go to end

Three horizontal lines (that pull up some other songs - I don't know how this works).

At the bottom right, I see "...".

I don't see the control I'm looking for.

Don't know if this is what you're looking for but here it is, while playing the song click on the bar at the bottom of the screen this should bring up the play controls, to advance the song quickly press & hold on the forward button.

Can provide screencaps in needed.

Trying to find your solution I found the bar I was missing. The big square cover art has a tiny red line attached to the bottom, which I couldn't see without reading glasses. It is what I was looking for but couldn't find.
