IiTunes 12 Migration fails on old library

My recent download of iTunes12 went well on an existing library. However, when I went to open/convert an older library with a lot of song inside, the migration choked badly. Attached is the script for a couple of failed files. This played fine in older version of iTunes. Any ideas what the error code -106 is supposed to indicate?
