iPhone iTunes Backup Restore - 7+ Hours

So, last night I decided to update my iTunes, iPhone, created a brand new iTunes full backup of my phone and then do a factory reset and restore to my backup.

I didn't have any iCloud backups and I'm not restoring through an iCloud backup.

I started the restore last night around 1am and its still going strong 7.5 hours later at 8:30am this morning. iTunes says it has "about 5 hours" remaining for the restore.

What should I do at this point?
