Guide to ITunes

There's the usual "help" menu item in iTunes itself.

There's a general web search (which is how I answer 75% of questions here -- the answers are often easy to find but people just don't look for it themselves).

There's the "Music" tab at the top of this page.

There's doing a search on Apple's web site using the search bar above which is often the worst way to find things here and you get much better results with a worldwide web based interface.

If you ask specific questions here you will often receive answers. Provide a reasonable amount of background so the activity can be placed into context.
