Transfering files back NTFS->HFS

Hi everybody!

Sometime ago I Backup large files (over 4gb) from my macbook in an external drive (NTFS)

Now I want to transfer them back to my macbook drive (HFS) but an error shows up

"The operation can't be completed because an unexpected error occurred (error code -50)."

I'm using a third party software for this, Paragon NTFS for Mac.

it's so disappointing, I thought it was a safe backup.

The question is, There is a way to transfer files from that drive to my internal drive?
