Alarm Clock Widget

I broke my alarm clock last week, and I'm in desperate need of an alarm, is there a widget that works like an alarm clock?

iMac Intel Core Duo, Mac OS X (10.4.8), 2.0 GHz - 250GB HD - 512MB RAM (Stock) - 128MB VRAM

What do you want it to do?

The easiest way to set an alarm would be through iCal- but again, it depends on what you want this alarm for.

Yeah.. Just go through iCal. You can put together a workflow in Automator to have it start playing something in iTunes with:

1. Get Specified iTunes Items
2. Start iTunes Playing

Save this workflow as a Plugin for iCal Alarm.

In iCal, set it to the time you need it to go off and make it a repeating alarm.

If you want to put the computer to sleep at night, you can schedule your Energy Saver to wake the computer a few minutes before the iCal alarm is set to go off.

Creating a workflow was too complicated so I took a bit more time to search for a small alarm app, so I found a great one!
